As a resident of the Antelope Valley since 1988, David has had the privilege to be raised, educated and calls the AV home. David attended Paraclete High School and had the honor of achieving the Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America. After high school, David went on to study Business and International Relations in Shanghai, China and Oxford University, U.K. while working to obtain his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University.

David has developed a passion for helping people over his 20-plus years of business and customer service experience. In 2011, David joined Morgan Stanley and co-founded the Silva Group at Morgan Stanley, with the primary goal of creating and providing custom investment solutions for individuals, businesses, and retirement-focused investors. As a First Vice President and Financial Advisor, he is responsible for investment analysis, portfolio management and creating estate planning strategies. In an effort to provide their clients with the best level of service, David is always working on and honing his skills and proficiency in wealth management and earned the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2016.

David enjoys giving back to the community, being active in sports, traveling and spending time with his Wife, Jessica, son, Oliver and their two dogs. As an existing member of the Board of Directors, he looks forward to continuing utilizing his business connections and experiences to further integrate Edwards Air Force Base into the Antelope Valley. David has the privilege of serving as Edward’s Civ-Mil Support Group Treasurer since 2018.
